A Richford man was arrested Friday for child luring

A Richford man was arrested Friday for child luring. Vermont State Police say 33-year-old James Cross engaged in inappropriate behavior with two juvenile girls. Police say their investigation found that Cross committed two counts of luring a child, and 2 counts of lewd or lascivious conduct with a child. Cross was arrested Friday and is being held at Northwest State Correctional Facility for lack of $25,000 bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Vermont Superior Court on September 30th.
