Police say one person was injured when a truck and a horse-drawn buggy crashed 

Police say one person was injured when a truck and a horse-drawn buggy crashed  on Tuesday.  State Police say it happened just before 6 p.m. on Route 100 in Troy. They say Jonathan Couture, 22, of Troy, was driving south in his truck when they say he collided with a horse-drawn buggy traveling in the same direction. The operator of the buggy, Elias Stoltzfus, 19, of Newport Center, was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.  Troopers say the horse pulling the buggy had minor injuries but is believed to be fine. The crash is still under investigation.
