A Barre City man faces charges after police say he threatened to shoot employees

 A Barre City man faces charges after police say he threatened to shoot employees at the Applebee’s in Berlin. Berlin Police were told that Justin West, 28, was in the restaurant parking lot threatening to drive his car through the business and shoot employees Wednesday. They say he had a gun. While police were at the scene, they say West drove by, and officers took off after him. West was eventually taken into custody and faces a number of charges including criminal threatening.
