Bradford Police encountered Cheryl Kozuch, 53, of Woodsville, N.H. at the Bradford Mini Mart
On February 3 Bradford Police encountered Cheryl Kozuch, 53, of Woodsville, N.H. at the Bradford Mini Mart. During the interaction, police say they observed indicators of criminal activity. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of crack cocaine, amphetamines, and other regulated drugs. Kozuch was arrested and later released on a citation to appear on March 5 in Orange County Court. Kozuch’s passenger, Luke McKinnie, 22, of Springfield, Mass., provided police with false identification. McKinnie, who was known to police, was found to have an active Vermont warrant for felony possession of cocaine as well as an extraditable warrant from Massachusetts for multiple weapons offenses. He was arrested and later lodged and held without bail as a fugitive from justice.
