Police say a man was stopped for driving the wrong way on Interstate 91. Officers say they got a report of a wrong-way driver between Fairlee and Hartford just before midnight on Wednesday. They stopped 75-year-old Thomas Burgeson of San Diego and he is facing charges of gross negligent operation. As of the last available data through June, officals say there have already been 48 wrong-way drivers this year, putting us on track to pass 2022′s five-year peak of 86.
