Stewarts Shops will buy the Jolley convenience store chain

Stewart’s Shops will buy the Jolley convenience store chain. The acquisition of the South Burlington-based business is expected to be finalized by the end of this year. The deal includes the 45 convenience stores the chain operates in Vermont, New Hampshire, and New York. “We are proud of what we have accomplished over the years and we are happy to know that Stewart’s is providing our employees an opportunity to have ownership in the business and will continue to treat them well,” Jolley’s president said in a statement. Headquartered in Ballston Spa, New York, Stewarts has over 350 locations.
