The loop has come full circle

LYNDON — The loop has come full circle. The Lyndon Outing Club (LOC) recently completed work on its mountain bike circuit, including the construction of an uphill trail.  The estimated one-mile trail climbs 400 feet and brings cyclists to the start of Mo’s Drop, the downhill trail that opened in 2022. The LOC’s mountain bike loop is open to the public, and admission is free. The $34,000 project was primarily paid for with American Rescue Plan Act funds awarded by the town. It was built by Real Life Adventures of Littleton, the same company that constructed Mo’s Drop. The project brings mountain biking to the heart of town and supports the Outing Club’s evolution from a ski hill to a four-season facility.
