The small Orleans County town of Morgan was hit hard by flash flooding and washouts Monday night. At least five inches of rain came down. Floodwaters destroyed most of Toad Pond Road. Christina Malanga, who lives at the top of the road, watched as her newly fixed driveway crumbled again. This is the second time this area has flooded in the last month and townspeople say this is the worst they’ve ever seen it.
