Theres a new easy-to-use online tool for Vermonters

There’s a new easy-to-use online tool for Vermonters looking to file for divorce or relief from abuse. Legal Services Vermont, which provides free legal help for low-income and disadvantaged Vermonters, has developed an online guided-interview to make filling out court forms easy. You can do it on your phone or your computer. Those looking to get a divorce but have kids with their partner are required to fill out 12 forms with repetitive questions. This innovative survey does it all for you in under an hour after you answer a few dozen, easy questions. After you complete the survey, you can download, save, print, and deliver or email the forms to Vermont’s courts. Legal Services Vermont says hundreds have already used the form.
