Windsor Driver Indicted on Multiple Charges in Slumped Over Vehicle Case

Responding to a report of a driver slumped over the wheel of her vehicle on January 24 on Central St. in Woodsville, on February 21, Emily Tullercash, no age given, of Windsor, was indicted by the Grafton County Grand Jury on charges of acts prohibited; intent to sell, and two charges of acts prohibited; possession. She is scheduled to be arraigned on March 17 in Grafton Superior Court.
