A neighbor’s game camera recorded two people walking toward the property a few minutes before noon and leaving just before 1:30 p.m. The trooper shared images from the game camera and requested help from the public in locating those responsible for the crime. Through multiple tips online, over the phone, and local businesses providing security footage Troopers were able to identify one of the perpetrators. Lyndonville Police Department, Berlin Police Department, Berlin VT State Police Barracks, and Northfield Police Department also helped with the case.
