Pownal Woman Killed in Head On Crash with School Bus on Route 7 No Students on Board

(WCAX) – One person is dead after a school bus and SUV collided in Pownal on Tuesday. It happened just after 7 a.m. on Route 7. Vermont State Police say the school bus had no students on board. Troopers say the SUV driver, Dana Zazinski, 60, of Pownal, crossed the center line and hit the bus head-on. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The bus driver, Kimberly Galok, 61, received minor injuries.
