Former Alburgh Man Sentenced to 12 Years for Creating and Distributing Child Porn Faces 15 Years Supervised Release

A Vermont man has been sentenced to 12 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to creating and distributing child porn. According to court records, Brian Bluto, 60, hid a camera to record a child over a three-year period. He then got caught in a police sting when he tried to distribute the material on the internet. Police searched the former Alburgh man’s home and found numerous other electronic devices and images. In addition to prison time, Bluto faces a 15-year term of supervised release.
