An Orleans County man was arrested on Sunday

An Orleans County man was arrested on Sunday and lodged on $1,000 bail for reportedly assaulting a cousin due to an argument over family property and what is recorded in a will. Justin Morale 31, of Newport, is accused of causing pain to a cousin at a Green Hill Road residence in Lowell on Saturday. The charge against him is a felony charge of aggravated assault due to the alleged behavior, but also because Morale also has a criminal record of domestic assault in 2020 and 2015.
