A Richford teen is facing charges after police say he threatened to blow up a Vermont school. On Friday, Vermont State Police say Keegan Lagasse, 19, of Richford called them stating he was going to, “blow up” a school on Saturday. Lagasse is a former student at Richford High School. State police began an immediate investigation and determined Lagasse willfully circulated a warning, likely to cause public alarm. He has been previously charged with making similar threats in St. Albans and Richford in September, as well as a bomb threat last month. He’s being held on $500 bail and is expected to appear in court on today.
