A woman from Wheelock is being held
A woman from Wheelock is being held, because of an alleged assault Friday night in which the reported victim was stabbed. Natalie Marchocki, 41, has been charged with aggravated domestic assault, which is a felony. State Police were alerted about 11:30 p.m. on Friday to a domestic incident at a Wheelock residence. On their way to the residence they saw a vehicle they knew had come from the residence. They stopped the car and found the driver was suffering from stab wounds, according to a responding trooper’s report. The victim was then transported to the hospital. Trooper met with Marchocki and determined her to be the person responsible for the assault. She was arrested, processed at the state police barracks in St. Johnsbury and jailed. She is scheduled to be arraigned in Caledonia Superior Court tomorrow.
