Authorities say a Cannan, New Hampshire, man faces a slew of charges
Authorities say a Cannan, New Hampshire, man faces a slew of charges after he stole his truck from the Lebanon Police Department’s impound lot Saturday night. The Lebanon Police say they impounded Robert Starks’s truck on Friday following a DWI arrest. The next night, officers say Stark broke into the yard, took off with his truck, and headed east on the Dartmouth College Highway. After eluding officers, Stark was eventually taken into custody in Cannan with the help of several local departments and state police. He faces multiple charges including falsifying evidence, burglary, contempt, and criminal trespassing. Police say he was already on probation and has numerous other charges pending.
