Drivers in southern Vermont may encounter rolling roadblocks along Interstate 91 today. VTrans says the roadblocks will allow for line striping to move northbound traffic to the travel lane of the bridge over the Saxtons River. They will start at 9 a.m. at the parking area along the town line in Westminster and go through the interstate bridge. They will last about 20 minutes and go throughout the day. They’re scheduled to end at 3 p.m. The northbound Exit 5 off-ramp will stay open but the on-ramp will be closed, so drivers should expect delays throughout the day.
