Law enforcement officials say they will give an update on the case of Brianna Maitland

On the 20th anniversary of her disappearance, law enforcement officials say they will give an update on the case of Brianna Maitland. Maitland, then 17, went missing in 2004 after leaving her job at the Black Lantern Inn in Montgomery. Her car was later found backed into an abandoned building not far from the restaurant. Police have investigated multiple leads in the years that followed, but never found her. They have said they believe she was a victim of foul play. Today will mark 20 years since Maitland vanished, and police and the FBI said that’s hen they will hold a news briefing to discuss new resources recently added to the case.
