The USA Women’s ice hockey team handed Sweden a 5-0 loss yesterday advancing the US women to the Gold Medal game where they will face Canada on Thursday for all the marbles.
The United States sits in 3rd position on the medal tracker with 19 medals.

The North Country Lady Falcons basketball team defeated Oxbow on Monday 57-24 improving to 17-2. Next up for the ladies will be a game against Lamoille on Wednesday. Tip off at 6:30pm.
The Lady Rangers defeated Harwood last night 68-44. The 10-8 Rangers will travel to Spaulding on Wednesday. Game starts at 6:30pm.
The Lake Region boys basketball team will take on Montpelier tonight at 7 while the Falcon boys will take on U-32.
