On April 27, at 9:39 a.m., Ofc. Jacob Young and Detective Sgt. Lester Cleary responded to the Village Washtub

On April 27, at 9:39 a.m., Ofc. Jacob Young and Detective Sgt. Lester Cleary responded to the Village Washtub, located at 815 Railroad Street in St. Johnsbury, after a female called, reporting being threatened by a male with a knife. Police met with Krystina Forkey, 32, and said that she had been inside the laundromat when the male entered, approached her and drew out a box cutter from his side and pointed it at her. Forkey said she screamed “GO” at the male who then exited the establishment and left on foot, headed toward Concord Avenue. The suspect was then located at the White Market and taken into custody.  Cuello could be imprisoned for five years and a $5,000 fine.
