School officials say threats made against personnel sent the Troy Elementary School into lockdown

School officials say threats made against personnel sent the Troy Elementary School into lockdown again on Thursday.  They say it was the same parent who sent the Northeast Kingdom school into lockdown last week when he showed up angry about an issue involving his child. Officials say the parent was never on campus Thursday, and the lockdown was just a precaution. Police stayed on site for the day.
