Vermont saw an influx of out-of-state residents moving to the Green Mountains last year. The Vermont Treasurer’s Office says the state had a net gain of 7,500 residents moving to the state, more than double from 2022. Over 10,000 Vermonters also left the state, heading to top destinations like New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Florida, and Illinois.
