Tabitha Bishop, 44, of Newport,  was indicted on a Class B felony

In the January round of felony indicted delivered by a Grafton Superior Court grand jury, Tabitha Bishop, 44, of Newport,  was indicted on a Class B felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. On Sept. 15, 2022, in Woodsville, Bishop is alleged to have entered Walmart and stolen T-shirts, boxer shorts, multiple personal care and beauty items valued at more than $1,000. She is scheduled to be arraigned on Feb. 10.
