A Vermont man faces charges after police say he fired a shotgun at another person

A Vermont man faces charges after police say he fired a shotgun at another person during a fight in Bridgewater. Just before 3 p.m. on Saturday, Vermont State Police went to a home on Gold Coast Road for reports that a man had been shot at. Police say Glenn Testa, 77, of Bridgewater, fired a shotgun at a 70-year-old man during an argument. According to court paperwork, the victim says when visiting Testa to get drinking water, Testa became unstable and aggressive, throwing tools and firing a shotgun toward him. Testa told police he was assaulted by the neighbor which led him to throw a tool and fire a shotgun into the air. No one was injured during the dispute. Testa is being charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and reckless endangerment.
