A case of road rage led to an injured St. Johnsbury woman
A case of road rage led to an injured St. Johnsbury woman and criminal charges against a Marshfield man. According to police, the incident occurred on August 3rd at 7:07 a.m. in a construction zone of the Route 2 road project in Marshfield. Police say the occupants in vehicles driven by Elijah Conn, 20, of Marshfield, and Rebekah Fisher, 30, St. Johnsbury, engaged in a road rage dispute. The vehicle driven by Conn was alleged to have rear-ended the car driven by Fisher. Fisher subsequently exited her vehicle and was struck by Conn’s vehicle. Fisher was treated by Plainfield EMS and declined transport to a hospital. Conn was processed at the VSP in Berlin and issued a citation to appear in Washington Court on August 10 on the allegation of aggravated assault.
