A Franconia motorcyclist was airlifted after a May 30 two-vehicle crash

A Franconia motorcyclist was airlifted after a May 30 two-vehicle crash that left the rider with serious injuries. It occurred at about 4:37 p.m. on Dartmouth College Highway, a head-on collision between a motorcycle and a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The female motorcycle rider, Breanna Eschmann, 30, of Franconia, suffered serious injuries and was transported DHMC. Preliminary investigation revealed that the driver of a Jeep, Raymond Woods, 77, of North Haverhill, failed to observe the oncoming motorcycle as he turned left into a driveway. Both vehicles were impounded pending further investigation. The female motorcycle driver was in stable condition as of yesterday.
