A Littleton man will serve no time behind bars
A Littleton man who was looking at seven or more years behind bars for using his car to ram several times into the pickup truck of a 71-year-old victim in what police detailed as a road rage incident will serve no time behind bars. Initially charged with several felonys causing nearly $10,000 in damage, 23 year old Isaac Curless, pleaded guilty to downgraded Class A misdemeanor counts each of reckless conduct and criminal mischief. According to the terms of the plea, Curless was given a 12-month Grafton County House of Corrections sentence, all of which is suspended on condition of good behavior, a 6-month suspension of his driver’s license, successful completion of an anger management assessment, and completion of Grafton County CARE+, a post-conviction program implemented to support those who are under supervision in a community and connect them to services.
