A Vermont man faces charges after police say he flashed a gun at a family on the interstate. Vermont State Police say they got a report of a road rage incident on Interstate 89 northbound near the Colchester exit on Sept. 21 shortly before 10 a.m. Investigators say Nikolai Makarov, 42, of St. Albans, was driving aggressively and tailgating a woman on the highway. They say when he passed her, he flashed a gun at her and her family. Makarov faces a charge of reckless endangerment. He’s due in court in December.
