Danville School Lockdown Lifted After Gun Threat Investigation

April 14, 2025April 14, 2025 moo_staff

Police are investigating a threat that triggered a lockdown at the Danville School on Friday. Troopers say some students made a verbal threat about bringing guns to school. Once police determined the students didn’t have any weapons to carry out the threat, the lockdown was lifted, but police remained on campus. No one faces any criminal charges at this time. Information is limited due to the kids’ ages.
