Lowell Man Arrested on Domestic Assault and Drug Charges Held on 5000 Bail Pending Further Charges

Vermont State Police have arrested 39-year-old Mark Devoid of Lowell on multiple charges, including second-degree aggravated domestic assault, violation of an abuse prevention order, and possession of fentanyl and crack cocaine. The arrest follows an investigation into an alleged domestic assault occurring in both Lowell and Eden. Devoid was apprehended in Lowell on May 26th and is currently held at the Northern State Correctional Facility on $5,000 bail, with additional charges pending in Lamoille County.
