Lydia Brooke was charged with DUI, negligent operation, reckless endangerment, and cruelty to a child

As a result of the February 12 crash of a minivan-style school bus in the area of Chelsea Road and Eagle Hollow Road in Corinth, Lydia Brooke, 25, of Chelsea, was charged with DUI, negligent operation, reckless endangerment, and cruelty to a child. State troopers determined Brooke had been transporting children before the crash. No children were involved in the collision itself. The vehicle is owned by Pierson’s Transportation, LLC. Brooke was hospitalized with reported minor injuries. Troopers met with Brooke at the crash scene and observed signs of impairment. She was later arrested and charged.
