Millers Run Housing Project in Lyndon Back on Track with Local Investment First Home Foundation Completed

A Lyndon housing project that started in 2023 is finally making some headway. Bud Stevens, one of the developers behind Millers Run has lived in the NEK since he was a kid, and like many local employers, wants to expand in the future but is worried about finding employees. The property will consist of fifteen buildings — a mix of condos, duplexes, and family homes. Stevens purchased the land on Gilman Hill Road two years ago and began the permitting process. But lack of funding brought the project to a halt. Now, with help from local community investors, including Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital, the project is back on. Crews have already completed the foundation for the first home. There should be more coming within the next couple of months.
