Nightly Closures Begin Sunday for I 89 Exit 17 Northbound Ramp in Colchester

A heads-up for drivers on Interstate 89 in Colchester: Starting this Sunday, VTrans says the Exit 17 northbound off-ramp will close nightly until May 9. The ramp will close at 7 p.m. each night and reopen at 6 a.m. The closure is because of work on the bridge construction there. The following week, the Exit 17 northbound on-ramp will be closed at night May 11-16. Drivers will have to detour up to Exit 18.
