Teen Injured in Lunenburg Crash After Being Trapped Under SUV

A 16-year-old juvenile was airlifted to the University of Vermont Medical Center with suspected serious injuries, the result of a single-car incident May 30 at about 10 p.m. on Cole Hill Rd. in Lunenburg. State Police troopers arrived to find the juvenile trapped under a vehicle while numerous bystanders, EMS and fire personnel worked to free the juvenile. Police say that a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer, operated by Landon Biodeau, 18, of Granby, stopped in the roadway in Lunenburg. The juvenile reportedly exited the vehicle, which then backed up, unintentionally striking the teen and trapping him under the vehicle. This crash remains under investigation.
