The governor announced on Tuesday that the state is offering new incentives for people to switch to electric vehicles if they lost their personal cars in the flooding. Gov. Phil Scott said any flood-damaged car will qualify, regardless of age or driveability. There are several different programs, and if people bundle them, they could get up to $11,000 off a new plug-in electric vehicle or up to $10,000 off a used one.
