The National Alliance on Mental Illness of Vermont (NAMI Vermont) reminds residents
In light of the recent flooding in Vermont, The National Alliance on Mental Illness of Vermont (NAMI Vermont) reminds residents of their free Connection Recovery Support Groups available in St. Johnsbury. These peer-led support groups are open to anyone, including those whose mental health has been impacted by the flooding. They offer a safe and supportive environment for individuals to share their experiences and gain emotional support. NAMI Vermont’s Connection Recovery Support Groups follow a structured model to ensure all participants can be heard and supported. Led by trained individuals with lived experience, these groups provide a safe space that fosters respect, understanding, and hope.
