Timothy Randall was charged with sexually assaulting a 16-year-old boy, but his attorney negotiated a plea agreement

Timothy Randall was charged with sexually assaulting a 16-year-old boy, but his attourney negotiated a plea agreement with the state and Randall’s penalty will be a fine only to an amended charge of prohibited conduct. Randall pleaded not guilty in Court to the 2018 felony charge of Sexual Assault – No Consent, and was released on conditions. A conviction for that charge would have been a minimum sentence of three years in prison and a maximum of life in prison, plus a $25,000 fine. Another attorney was representing the other person involved in the incident, Christopher Rice, who got an identical plea agreement. Both were from Lyndonville. The plea hearing is not on the court’s schedule yet. According to a supplemental affidavit, Randall and Rice took off the teen’s clothes, held him down on a bed and sexually assaulted him. All of this had occurred at Randall and Rice’s residence, the same one their auto-garage ‘Kingdom Imports’ was located.  Randall is listed as an owner of Kingdom Imports.
