Two Men Held Without Bail After Gun Incident in Lowell
Two men were held without bail at Northern State Correctional Facility as a result of a June 11 incident on Tenakee Ln in Lowell, in which one of the men allegedly pointed a gun at an elderly male. Patrick Debonville, 30, of Wolcott, is charged with aggravated assault, assault and robbery, reckless endangerment, persons prohibited from possessing a firearm, and unlawful mischief. Jason Metras, 47, of Troy, is charged with unlawful mischief, aiding in the commission of a felony, and criminal threatening. They were cited in Orleans Superior Court on June 12 on their charges.
