18-year-old Colton Cuello of St. Johnsbury allegedly threatened a woman with a box cutter

18-year-old Colton Cuello of St. Johnsbury allegedly threatened a woman with a box cutter at the Village Washtub on Railroad Street. Cuello, , pleaded not guilty to a charge of felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Cuello was lodged on $500 bail at Northeast Correctional Complex in St. Johnsbury. The video at the Village Washtub showed Cuello had a large water bottle in his hand. He told police that the bottle had been half filled with Vodka, and he had consumed half of it as well as smoked Marijuana before the incident.
