Richford Man Jailed After Allegedly Firing Gun at Another Person

 A Richford man is in jail after police say he assaulted someone with a gun. It happened Monday afternoon on Nickson Road in Richford. State Police say Matthew Spicer, 57, pointed a handgun at Zachary Hughes, 40, and then fired the gun in his direction. Hughes was not hit, and no one else was injured. Spicer is now facing charges for aggravated assault.
