A Bradford man is being held in jail without bail

A Bradford man is being held in jail without bail for allegedly spraying the contents of a fire extinguisher at another man and then hitting the man in the head with it. Paul Fahle, 69, pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of aggravated assault in Orange Superior Court on Monday. He had been jailed prior to the arraignment since being arrested by Vermont State Police on Sunday. Following Fahle’s plea in court on Monday, the judge ordered Fahle to return to jail with no opportunity to post bail.
