A man on probation allegedly assaulted two females while drunk at Jay Peak Resort

A man on probation allegedly assaulted two females while drunk at Jay Peak Resort. Sean Montgomery, 38, of Lowell, pleaded not guilty to two felony counts of domestic assault, prior conviction. According to the police report, Montgomery was threatening the alleged victims and struck a female in the head requiring EMS to respond on Nov. 25. One of the alleged victims told police she realized Montgomery was intoxicated and asked him to put his seatbelt on to drive. The alleged victim said she was sitting in the rear passenger seat as Montgomery exited the vehicle, opened her door, yelled at her and struck her in the head three times while she was wearing her snowboard helmet. While in the car, the second alleged victim – who was sitting in the front passenger seat – told police that Montgomery proceeded to punch her on her arm multiple times causing pain. Montgomery faces a possible sentence of up to ten years in prison and $20,000 in fines.
