Grand jury has handed up felony indictments against a Littleton man and former Lyndon Institute hockey coach
Following his arrest in October for a high-speed chase that allegedly reached speeds of more than 100 mph and nearly injured two New Hampshire State troopers, a grand jury has handed up felony indictments against a Littleton man and former Lyndon Institute hockey coach. In the November round of indictments publicly released on Tuesday, Christopher Meunier, 56, is charged with four Class B felony counts of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. The charges accuse Meunier of placing his car in “drive” and speeding away from a motor vehicle stop with the bodies of two state troopers who were attempting to arrest him still partly in his car. Meunier led troopers “on a high-speed chase along Interstate 93, driving at speeds up to 130. Meunier, also faces misdemeanor charges of disobeying a police officer, resisting arrest and unlawful conduct after an accident and violations for driving an un-inspected and un-registered vehicle and driving with an expired license.
