State police are asking for the public’s help

State police are asking for the public’s help in determining who broke into the Orleans Federated Church in Orleans sometime between Sunday afternoon and Monday morning and stole five cartons of milk and four boxes of Nature Valley bars. Trooper Nathan Handy is investigating. He reported there were signs of forced entry into the church building on School Street. Anyone with information on the incident or the stolen property is asked to contact the state police barracks in Derby at 802-334-8881.
