Student chefs take over UVM kitchen

The University of Vermont’s second annual Catamount Culinary Showcase is happened Monday night. This event, hosted by UVM Dining, lets students partner with campus chefs to create and present original dishes. Attendees had the chance to sample a variety of cultural and creative recipes and vote on their favorites. The winning team earns special recognition—and, of course, some serious bragging rights. The event was free, but tickets were required. It kicked off at 5 p.m. at the Davis Center.
