Vermont State Police Trooper Griffin Pearson was treated for minor injuries following a crash on Lackie Hill Road in St. Johnsbury late Saturday night. Trooper Pearson was responding to an emergency call for service when police say he lost control of his cruiser near the intersection of Lackie Hill Road and Spaulding Road. Trooper Pearson’s cruiser left the roadway and rolled over, police said. Trooper Pearson was able to extricate himself from the cruiser and was helped by residents. He was transported to NVRH for minor injuries, treated and released. CALEX responded and the State Police thanked members of the community who assisted Trooper Pearson at the crash scene.
